This website is intended for you and other visitors to browse the products we have on sale and to optionally place orders to purchase products. There are facilities to allow you to create an account and logon to the website so that you may visit the site again more easily without having to repeatedly enter some of the information needed to use the website and place orders. Creating an account, subject to your consent, also allow you to receive updates from Your Year on new products and other information related to only Your Year’s products that we consider would be of interest to you.
Your logon account does not save your payment information, you will need to provide this each time you checkout when purchasing products.

Buying Products and Payment.
Prices on the Website are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT. If delivery charges apply we will tell you during the order process (refer Delivery below).
We try to make sure that prices are shown accurately but if we make a mistake we may notify you of the correct price before despatching your order to ask if you wish to proceed.
All products are subject to availability and we will advise you of any delays. If an item is not available you can wait for the product to become available or be given a full refund for the out of stock product you have purchased.
Whilst we take care to ensure the accuracy and availability of our Website, no warranty is given in respect of either and no liability can be accepted.
We are under no obligation to accept your order. Your order will be accepted and good dispatched provided that we have received payment in full.
We accept payment via PayPal, credit card and debit card.

Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email at email@example.com before the cancellation period has expired. After delivery, please return the order to us as set out in the Returns section below.
If you cancel an order on a ‘no-fault’ basis, then you are responsible for the cost of its return to us. Please return Products unused and in their original packaging. Please enclose the order number, or a copy of the invoice.
We will refund or exchange any item returned within 30 days of receipt which is in original unused undamaged condition with original packaging and labels.
If the order is incorrect or damaged on delivery to you we will meet the cost of return and either replace it or refund you the price paid including the delivery charges.
You must send the goods back to us to our address Your Year Ltd., 28 Dinsdale Gardens, New Barnet Herts EN5 1HE at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
If you paid for Products by payment card, refunds will be made by re-crediting your payment card account. If you paid by PayPal, we will re-credit your PayPal account.
All refunds will be made within 30 working days of either our email confirmation that your order has been cancelled or on receipt of the returned order.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Liability for Products Delivered
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our Website is of satisfactory quality and fit for the purposes for which products of the kind purchased from us are commonly supplied.
Our total liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these Terms of Sale is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased and any losses which are a direct and foreseeable consequence of us breaching these Terms and Conditions.
